What is Legal

Copyright is a form of protection on someone’s work so no one can steal it. Copyright can be in the form of music, artwork, movies, plays, and buildings. They can use someone else’s work if they get their permission. Someone can use it without asking permission if they are using it for research or for educational purposes. Or if someone’s criticizing it, making a parody, or reporting news. Copyright affects my life because if I want something protected then I would have to use copyright to protect it.

Country Project

My favorite part of the project was making the brochure. My least favorite part of the project was finding 5 different tourist spots to research. I learned that Spain has a lot of interesting facts. Something that was difficult to find while researching was the history of Spain. Some strong points in my presentation were the location slide. Some weak points in my presentation were the history slide.

Technology Summary

Ubuntu has developed moblie touch devices. They are the first to attempt to serve its own phone OS and desktop OS in a single package. On the new phone you can swipe the edges to go to other apps or to access menus. They have borrowed cues from Android and Windows 8. The new devices will probably not be as popular as Microsoft, but the may be good for small companies on a budget.
